About Went white-water rafting last week. Was tossed out in a Class IV rapids. That is NOT me falling off backwards (more on him later) that is me, well, kind'a me, with my hand in the air trying to save my paddle. I went under twice and spent 45 seconds in the water getting the bejeasus beat out of my entire right side by some very unforgiving rocks. After Nathan helped haul my bruised and swollen body back in the boat, MM looked at me with a twinge of fear and said, "Are you ok????" I gasped for air and laughed," That was sooooooo intense!!!" I couldn't sit or walk very well for the next three days... but man!!!! what a rush!
