Thanks for your comments. There's more to my photo than meets the eye. The beggar ad an address: the post office in front of which he sat with his dog. Several months after I took the photo I sent it to him c/o this post office. Later I had occasion to ask about him. He had gone on vacation to hid home in Bohemia. (The photo was taken in Paris).
