Shubha, This is known as Emerald bay, I have a similar looking shot too.. Nice composition. and I would second Chris's comments. I also have taken the same shot with just a polarizer..

Subha,

This is a nice shot but what would make it better would be if you had used a ND filter over the sky and mountains. This would have allowed the lake and trees to brighten up and would make a more uinform image.
