On the text at the back of the image it says ( mums handwriting) "Berentje van Jelle Wagenaar Boerakker. Buurmeisje van Hendrik Smilda, ouderlijk huis".

Translated: Berentje (name of the little girl, daughter- ) of Jelle Wagenaar, at Boerakker (placename where the street Pasop is in ). The girl nextdoor of Hendrik Smilda ( father of Abel Smilda) , parential house ( whose parential house ? I
believe the house of Hendrik Smilda, the house where Abel Smilda lived with Rensktje Krol and where mum was born. Pasop 12, Boerakker or Midwolde."

Date: unknown ( somewhere 1935 - 1940 ?? )

Date would match bcse mum was born 1931 and they are about same age.
