Very nice colors, clarity and DOF - I really like the way you caught the wave breaking behind the gull.
I love to take pictures of gulls, and it's not that common to see one moving on the ground -- usually they're on the wing or perching somewhere. I admire your patience and sense of observation for finding this one.

Nice catch, lotsa gulls have had thier pictures taken but you caught this on walking never seen that. good color and exposure is right on. jimc
