Hmm, I see several possible explanations of this image. 1. You were testing something again, 2. You were trying to make us envious of the view from your office (category: cityscape), 3. You were trying to photograph the water flowing down the windows (project: water).
My respective comments are: 1. No idea. 2. Nice try ;-) 3. The background is letting you down here. It's messy. Let me elaborate on that. The combination of the facts that the bg is recognizable and compositionally sub-optimal goes a long way to steal all attention away from the water drops and streams. Or, looking at it the other way, it's not messy enough to become abstractish, unrecognisable, and thus direct attention towards the lighting and texture patterns made by the flowing water.
I'm not sure this particular image could still be salvaged, but you can try anyway. Try to find an area where the water stands out most strongly against the background, and try a radical crop. Try PS filters. Turn it into an abstract or something ;-)
