Nice soft lighting, sharp focus on her eyes, catch light... all are great. Like the framing of the subject with her hands.
My suggestion is, it looks like the eyes almost positioned center of the frame... it would be nice if the eyes positioned closer to the top 3rd of the frame for this type of head & shoulder composition.
IMO, the position of the light could be little above to bring the shadow of nose to drop down a bit. I have not tried much of the studio lighting though.
Otherwise its nice shot.
