Hi Rich, thanks for responding. Yes, I got word from the zoo's newsletter (we were members) about Ginger. She was lovely and you got an excellent photo of her. The big male died a few years ago...maybe she never felt the same since his passing.... I also just heard one of their birds, a Ground Hornbill Chick, just passed... one of the few to be raised from birth in captivity. Anyways, I'm in Pennsylvania now... have yet to still take a trip to the zoo here. Right now I am preparing for fall foliage out here... headed to Ricketts Glen State Park next week... where the highlight is a 3.5 mile hiking trail along 22 named waterfalls. Look for pics soon. Take care :-)

Beautiful capture of this animal, contratulations for catching it; there are two red pandas living in Warsaw zoo and they always hide so high on trees that I've never had luck to take an image
Best wishes, Ania

Hi Rich... long time... nice to see you are still taking incredible photos.... I love these Red Panda's, they and the flamingos and the orangatangs were my favorite subjects at the Sacramento Zoo. This is so perfect... I could never get this tight of a shot on these guys... and it was posing so well for you too! :-)
