WOW. That repeating color comes across very powerfully. Nice and deep DOF too.
However, and this may be because I like abstracts, but I would crop out the cityscape below. I don't think it needs any point of reference save for the sky. The only problrm with doing this is that you cut down the vanishing point effect of the decorations. Perhaps take it from a lower perspective?
