This is my first attempt at a double exposure. 300 mm spot metered on the moon. Set camera manually, recomposed picture, first photo. Second exposure is taken of the fountain with a 135 mm lens. Any advice on how to accomplish this better is appreciated.
Danny, this is a great shot! I really like night photos and this double exposure looks right to me. I think it would look great with the moon larger instead of smaller. Anyway you do it, I think you really know what you're doing.
Hi Danny. I like the image quite a bit, however; the more I look, the more I keep thinking the moon and water compete with each other. Maybe if the moon was a tad smaller ??? I still like the image.
I think the image would work just as well w/o the moon. Ever thought about changing the color of the moon to more of a harvest gold tone, since it's so large of a moon. The lower the moon, usually the warmer it is.
Don't get me wrong, I still like it. There are so many possiblities with it.
