Yeah, same here. When I was a kid we were told that horses liked sugar cubes. I'm guessing they still do but they also like apples and carrots as well.

thanks for reply clay,
its just your horse images reminded me of when i was a lad we used to ride them from the stables to the open fields bare back and give them suger lumps, special treat,
small cubes individualy wraped, may be nowadays they consider that unhealthy for them,

I think he wasn't as close as this when I raised my camera to take her picture but she took a step or two forward just as I took the shot.

Don't know about sugar Art, but I will definitely have some apples, carrots or something on hand for them to munch on the next time I'm in the area to visit them.
