I liked the water and the boats here. Don't mind the amount of water as much as Matej (yep, it's all subective) as it gives an alone on the high seas feel. However, the flat & somewhat noisy sky detracts from the overall effect. Even with that, it is still a very nice photo.
I think you have too much empty space at the bottom. I'd go either for some sort of a panoramic crop, including chopping off a bit on one of the sides, or 'break the rules' and do a 100% symmetrical crop (using the fact that right now the yachts are almost perfectly on the thirds).
The panoramic version would probably turn out to be more dynamic which would be a good thing, because at the moment I get most of the sense of movement from the title, not from the picture.
As far as the toning is concerned, the warm sepia makes me feel hot just by looking at it. This is fine if you wanted the photograph to show that it had been a hot day. However, maybe a colder tone would work better with the sea, and it would make the pic refreshing in this damn hot weather.
While I'm at it, I might also point out that since you live so close to the sea, you could have waited for a more cloudy day. Clouds would make the scene even more dynamic. But I know that weather tends to be ideal when one has no free time, and vice-versa, so maybe you didn't have that much of a choice.
