I have to disagree with Omer - the overexposure no top helps concentrate attention on the kids, and we have a nice gradation from light top to dark bottom. There's enough detail for me to see exactly what's going on - kids playing in a fountain: I dopn't need their expressions, their actions speak quite loudly enough.

This is Grainy Film for Effect - but you don't say what film...

Where was this? The Bugis people come from Makassar, but there used to be a Bugis Street in Singapore - is that the place?

The kids expression is missing - a closer shot might emphasiza it. The over exposed corner is not so helpful here.
