Thank you for the comments. The background is one of those happy accidents. It is actually the water that the Lily is potted in. I agree now after seeing it on the web, the leaf (lower right) is abit distracting.

Beautiful color and detail-- and composition. I think I'd get rid of the small piece of leaf in the lower right though as I think it's just a distraction. I like the background too.
