About	The wind was blowing hard, which accounts for the blur in the palm trees. Photo was taken from my balcony. The bottom of the photo is the third floor of another building in my complex.

Loyce this is a realy nice photo and the wind is adding to the effect. I like the gradation of the sky. As for the bottom, I can see no problem there. The moon is just a bit overexposed but you cannot do anything about it.
