Antonio, I took the photos a while back, and due to rather poor light and handheld camera, I couldn't manage more DOF than this. I think it works on the right pic, but you have a point about the left photo. Equalizing the two sizes? Well, but they _are_ different size. :)

nice composition, left shot need more DOF, IMHO and may be the two shot if equlized in dimension it would be better
