The crop at the bottom is very tight on the reflection, so I think you should have given up on having the full reflection in the shot and rather had more room at the top.

I would be very happy working with this model too! I mean have a look at her... She's having lot's of fun, and that translates into the film. I haven't seen the color version, but your disaturated photo seems like a very good idea :-) Did you try dodging some of the reflections on the bottom of the photo?
