Is this in LA, indeed.I was not that much time, in LA, but I did not see this impressive,Capitol like, building.You did a great job in composing this picture, with the greens at left and a wonderful perspective.

This is a nice angle like the lighting on the last two of the captiol. I like the flags I think they are at half mast. Excellent image.

It's wonderful! Especially the lightning on top makes it really original! It feels a little bit leaning... Maybe that can be fixed with "perspective tool" in photoshop?
