This really grabs my attention, Gaetan, because of the complex pattern of clouds -- especially the open blue sky in the center which contrasts so spectacularly with the brilliant yellow / orange clouds. It may just be my reading glasses (I have to remember to return them to Peta and buy a pair of my own), but it looks as if there's a fair amount of "noise" -- especially at the edges between different colors. This could come from the jpg compression, but more likely its from over-sharpening or over-saturation.
My friend who lives on the Vermont side of lake Champlain always tells me, if you don't like the weather, just wait an hour. He's usually right. It seems there's always new cloud patterns being driven down the valley by a pollution-free Canadian wind. You are doing an amazing job of recording these spectacular natural demonstrations in the Quebec skies. Best, Jim
