Fun picture. You might could make it much more dynamic and less of a snapshot by experimenting with the cropping and composition. Unfortunately, more water and an offset subject would add the most (but you probably can't add material easily), but you could try to get something different than the straight on, middle of the frame shot out of it. To see what I'm talking about or get more ideas, you might look up my beach portrait in my portfolio.

Nice picture, with the precious trick of freezing the water.This trick always results and is very agreable to onlookers.It looks like the happy girl has a water towel.Good point to get the water as background...it could show a very cute woman and , in this case , only this, I would be looking at the "distraction".
