The texture in the sand goes easily unnoticed, but is perfect. The fuzziness of the grasses at the tops of the seed heads reiterates the disappearing act brought on by the fog. One would have to completely blind and with no appreciation of atmospheric conditions to not apprecite this photograph for it'e exquisitely simple beauty.

Gerry,
Very nice shot here! I like the way the fence fades off into the distance. Couple of things I would have done different is first shoot closer to the fence and second shoot it in B&W (personel preference).
