Hello fab Fabio. tonite I am feeling crap and this is EXACTLY what I needed to lift my spirits.......however, even on the verge of suicide-ish I have to admit that there is an awful lot in this shot. Dont ask what-cant be bothered to tell. A lot anyway. That should suffice you. argh!

The ghostly feeling of the overlay certain suggest ssomething out of Dickens or even Steven King. And there's the mystery of those rhunes -- what ARE they? If you ever do any additional work on this you might consider giving the face more natual skin tones and, perhaps, even adding human eyes. That could be very scary.

Funny. I am seeing something totally different here than everyone else -- leave it to me . . .
I see a personal manifesto made tangible, because in all your trees and rocks and textural abstracts I get the sense that they are alive and filled with spirit and history and life. And that you see these spirits.
Here, you've showed us that spirit as well.

Okay - that will teach me to look at comments before the image posts -I too see Jacob Marley...the damage of a life that can't be undone and the eternity of living with it...

For some reason I thought of Jacob Marley on Scrooge's door in the Christmas Carol, not as elegant I suppose as being compared to Michelangelo. Sorry! :)

It reminds me of some of Michelangelo's unfinished works. That I find, sometimes, stronger and more "alive" than the finished ones. Marília
