Lisa, what an excellent eye. Here is an example of one exception to my adoration of Tri-X, however. Ultimately, I feel the strong grain did your terrific eye a disservice. A film that might be able to more smoothly capture a range of tones would have enabled you to go for even higher contrast, to tweak those bright spots without rendering the shadows a complete black. Compositionally, I might also have suggested a bit more symmetry, with the sidewalk cutting the lower right corner almost as a pure triangle. All these nits having been said, let me again congratulate you on your eye. Good job!
