The strong noise is in contrast with the sweet, moody expression of that cute girl but this doesn't mean it's a bad idea; the cut you have made, together with the perfect side light and the natural girl's position make this portrait worth a full rating.

All of your portrait are very good.
But, to me, this one is the most beautiful of them all.
Because it`s from a child. And I love the way you catch the look. The position of the head and her hand makes the diference.

Another beautiful portrait of this lovely girl in the attic. This one does have a melancholy feel which tugs at the heart. Terrific use of grain to enhance the atmosphere. You do such wonderful work, Debra....a real inspiration...
