Perfection. From the expressions on the faces, to the background colors and lighting, this image is pure perfection. Not only the apparent ages of the two figures, but their facial expressions represent so well what the image tries to convey, memories. The young one looking into the future, the older one remembering the past. And their positioning and fading, everything here speaks volumes. Emotional appeal, most definitely. My god, I am awestruck by your work again!

Beautiful composite, Michael. What I like especially is the left part where the face of the girl blends so nice with the sky.
In the middle/right side though I find the light horizontal lines of the landscape photo a bit distracting.
But all in all a great job.

I really like the way you mix between imgaes..
I have your book "Creative Digital Photography" and I really find you talented.. Your experience of 50 years in photography is really amazing.. I went through the book and it's really a good reference for digital photography.
You make from each picture a piece of art.. I'm a big fan of yours...
