Beautiful shot. I love the colours and the soft texture. I can't decide if it'd be nice to see the entire thing in focus or not. Maybe best to leave as-is. Great photograph, well done.

I downloaded the image and went over the turquoise areas with the dropper tool and it is not blown-out, it is just a different hue. It looks a little "posterized" but that must for some other reason.

An unusual vision, looks almost like a microscope photograph. I think you may have blown-out a color channel or two near the edges of the photo, but it sort of goes with the mood already present.
