She doesn't look very happy, does she?

My suggestions would be, either show more of the reflection, or have some more room above her head. I can't help thinking that it would be a better photo without the PS work. That's a matter of taste, of course. Still, could you attach the original?

this looks like it might be a great shot of a beautiful animal, but the grain is not right for this...maybe on an old building or something

It still has an appeal to me...I think I would try adding just a bit more color saturation and maybe bring up the levels a bitthe composition is excellent and "lazy" certainly fits...the reflection of the paws is excellent
