About The Chapel was built in the 1870's. The amazing stairway has no center support nor is it held from the sides. Engineers and architects marvel at the stairway; it is constructed of wood and its full weight rests on the bottom tread.

First, thanks for the comments. As for as the composition goes this is more of a "record shot". I was told by many people to get a picture of this stairway because of its history. As for it in "journalism", I posted there because I'm in the process of writing an article for my camera club members about photo ops in New Mexico.

Mark, I think you did a good job lighting this image. The composition is a bit weak and somewhat busy. Are there other pics from the same church?
