Hey great Cricket shot Kriss. Lovely colours with excellent focus and that rope really adds to the image. It looks quite happy on the rope.Did someone put it there for you? :-D These Crickets are really nice and not that common these days, at least in the UK.

What a great "catch" Kristina! So very well composed with the crossing lines just in the right place. I know the name of this little insect, here we call it a "KREKEL" he makes a lot of noice. Do you know the story of Pinochio and his little green (insect)friend? Who always gave the little fellow good advices but he never wanted to listen to it! A grasshopper definately, going by the color, it's probably invading from Ireland. Best way to find out is to pour a pint of warm Guiness. If dozens of the suddenly swarm from out of nowhere, you'll know for sure.
