Yes, it?s only about 100 km from Venice, my town was a colony of the Republic Of Venice and has many buildings that recall its architecture, this is one of them. I agree, UF let us know not only many good photographers, but also many nice places. Bye, Max

Su questa foto non mi ero mai soffermato, dopo che ho letto il messaggio sono rimasto di sasso per la sensibilità e la scelta dell'immagine da abbinarci. Grandissimo e molto umano. Ma io volevo scrivere due righe per Graziella, per ringraziarla di seguirmi "da sola" e per le belle frasi che trova in risposta alle mie canzonette. Non conosco gli autori, farò forse una figuraccia chiedendoti se i testi sono tratti da canzoni o da romanzi, che ci devo fare, sò geometra, la letteratura a scuola si faceva moooolto all'acqua di rose! Un abbraccio grande; posso chiedervi di spedirmi una vostra foto insieme? Almeno posso associare un viso ai commenti della moglie di una grande persona (le grandi persone di solito sarebbero molto piccole senza la propria moglie), ciao!

Now tell me - where do you always find these windows?!
ANother great shot -- lots of light and shadows, wonderful.
I especially like the Romanesque framing of the window. Is this a small window? Then it would be funny to realize how small the panes are. Or are the window panes standard sized? Then I wouldn't want to imagine how uneven the wall is built...

Nice one. The angle that cames the sunlight support nicely the texture of the walls and gives all these nice shadow shapes that makes this one more interesting. The NON CENTERED window is a good idea.

Come avrai notato dal mio portfolio (e so che lo guardi, trovo spesso il tuo nome e i tuoi giudizi fin troppo indulgenti), queste sono le foto che prediligo, il gusto del particolare e la cura nell'esposione. In questo scatto, i toni e la luce cosi' "presente" si fondono a meraviglia. Il tutto fatta salva la "motivazione" ufficiale della foto, di cui tutti quelli che qui ti "conoscono" non possono che dolersi.
