Thanks for the info, Shiv. I thought maybe it was the Ganges nearing the source in the higher elevations. I like your sense for the realism and technical grace in your photographs. It is somewhat like in a photojournalistic style. Very much alive.

Hi! Mark Beltran: I took this picture 1km. far from Kullu town. Kullu-Manali is a beautiful world famous tourist place situated in Himachal Pradesh (India). The name of river is 'Beas'.

Great capture. The Shutter speed is the right so NO motion effect! Very good Shiv, especialy using CP2100... I think (not sure) this camera has not manualy shutter speed.

Hahaha... so cool! I love this shot, it looks so refreshing and funny the way he jumps into the water! Although, at the same time I get a little "mother-nervous" and start thinking that it's probably very dangerous to jump like that among stones! (?) Anyway, this is a superb capture just right in time!
