Excellent shot. Technically perfect portrait. I wonder why you don't have more of these great shots on your website!

Funny thing about her eyes. I kept trying to shoot full or 3/4 shots, but kept zooming in on her face for H/S stuff.

Weird. I agree, the girls got the eyes.

Phillip,

Alright, I have looked at this shot 3 times and I keep coming back to it. I think what keeps drawing me back is the eyes. They are so clear ands sharp. The skin tones seem really pleasing and the jeans seem so realistic that they look like they are part of my monitor. I would say you hit it pretty good. Keep it up. Love the shot!

Thanks Dave. I had to get Kristin to hold the gel at the end of the snoot for me. All my gels are square, and the area in which the snoot attaches to my strobe is round.

Regards,

Well...
as of my writing - 34 views 0 comments - so I'll be the first :)

To paraphrase Dr. Evil "I don't know lighting" but I do like the way this is lit. I know what a snoot is, and I know what gels are and I like the result. I think you've got a winner with this one.

Well done Phil !

Cheers,
Dave
