This shot looks like one of the old impressionist has swapped his colour pallete for a sepia pallete. Excellent PS work. By the way I am from Greenock Scotland

Hi Kita:
Really like what you've done with PS filters on this scene. If you're going to use a frame, consider something darker. The problem for me is that the light band around the image tends to draw my eye away from, not into, the subject.

Yes I do have a magic formula for my images. If you come here and join one of my classes you could find the answer....
The colors are a combination of several applications in PS. But you have to start with proper image... Thank you very much for the look and the comment. I respect your comments ....
