Mate, I'll critique the original you posted as oposed to the manipulated version... Outstanding! Looks like you've already mastered your new lighting setup. One small thing which I would consider changing... The hair light seems a tad too strong, by reducing the power a tad, you might retain a little more detail, although it rocks like this too! You KNOW I'm jealous :-)

Nice work man! Use the laso tool to select here eyes and copy to a new layer. Use the dodge tool to lighten the whites and then use the sponge tool set to saturate on the colored portion. Set the opacity to under 10 for both of these and keep building as needed. Oh...and did I say "pretty girl" yet?? ;)
