Thank You for your comments on my Candlelight. With a fully automatic camera that only works with ISO100, I have to fool the sensors to get an interesting shot. In that case I covered the flash with dark tape and had the room incandescent lights on. That explains the reddish tint. I liked the result and decided not to correct the colors.

It's amazing the things that we love, somethings without rhyme or reason. Not in this case. I love this image because it has all the basic elements of a good image. The subject and background are well lit. The composition is wonderful and the colors are beautiful. All these things equal a great emotional appeal. Thank you.
