Cool subject, I can always appreciate the difficulty in capturing a live performance. I think this could use some imporovement though. My biggest worry is the composition. I think you could do something so much more interesting than a staight on shot, and if you choose straight on, get close, even with the zoom, that way the subject is prodominate and interesting. I really like the lighting, and the exposure is decent for an indoor venue. Keep shooting, I know I will.
