About	This picture was taken with available light, and a long exposure. Since I had no tripod, I put my cam on a wall, unfortunately it moved a slight bit due to people passing by. This gave this strange effect. Also the colors are rather weird, I suppose it is due to the artificial light? It is something I tried that failed, but for some reason, I can't really say goodbye to it either...

Hm. interesting. but honestly I dont like this blurry effect. and for me the composition is too heavy to focus. too many thing. Interesting still. well done. Thank you my Friend. Kiss, Biliana

I don't think it's a failure, at all.
I find this yellow more attractive with so a strange light and the no focus gives more atmosphere to the image.
