I like your use of heavy light and contrast, but this on I have a proposal, I would in the compocition have tiltet 2.0 to left and crop, pleace take a look.

Una composizione veramente insolita nei colori,molto belle le ondulazioni delle colline trasformate in color sabbia e qualche macchia qua e la in verde,i colli all'orizzonte dipinti in blu danno un che di irreale a questo paesaggio prettamente italiano!! Comunque la gradisco!! Saluti Maria Grazia

I like this Rolf, lovely texture. Nice as it is but I think you have another picture here by trimming off the top and having it as a texture shot only.

I tend to agree with Gianluca, Rolf. Shame, because the main part of the image is very stark and graphic.

Hi Gianlica, thanks for your nice comment. The problem with the background is my scanner and the compressed jpg Resolution. In the original there is more drawing in the background

The hills look as if they had been covered with velvet.... it's a pity in my opinion that so much information is lost in the background: sky, hills, a mountain (?): you cab hardly distinguish between them. Have you tried cropping the background out? Love the pic though.
