This man is very well known around the city of ATHENS, GEORGIA USA. He is not a street person, as a matter of fact, he works very hard in a meat processing facility on midnight shift. Mr Charles Zachary is a handicapped mentally person, but always has time for a short converastion and a dollar if you have one to spare. ( NOW PLEASE: you politically correct individuals do not email me and tell me the word handicapped should never be used.) It is a very real term and applies to thousands. I am pleased to call Chuck Zachary my friend and he is always there ready for a snapshot or full portrait. Sorry this photo scan is dark as it appears on my screen, but the finished print was nice on Ilford paper.
