Very touching shot and story too, sometimes we forget that many people in the world don't have our luck and are so poor... this photo send us a strong message indeed and this is enough for me. However someone could suggest you to correct the perspective or to darken a bit the right side of the boy or to convert in B&W. You can do what you want, it will always remain a very good photo!
