It's a little dark, there. Also, the bright spot on the left keep drawing my eye. I want to see the caller, but my eye is drawn to the hot spot. It looks almost like two pictures...
it looks a little too dark to me...i know the praktica MTL3 doesn't have spot metering, but one way to get the correct exposure would be to walk up to the object that you want to be lit up properly, read the meter, and use that reading for the scene. you would probably want to meter for the inside light of the telephone booth since that is the main subject (from the title...). you can also look up on the web for information on reciprocity failure and other such things of night photography. good luck:)
