Aliyar,
Good composition and color, however the focus seems a little soft to me, detail in ducks is does not seem real sharp. Maybe the scan was a little off or something. Might try the unsharp mask in PS to see if it will sharpen up. Just some random thoughts.

I really like the colors reflecting in the water. The lighting is a little hot on the duck in the upper right; could be burned in.
