You have done a fair job here. The depth of field if great but you would have been better off to put your subject in the shade. We can't see any life in his eyes and normally the photo looks better if we can see a little "catch-light" in the eyes. Also, when you shoot in the shade or subdued light the subject doesn't squint so much and the face looks more natural.

I really like the compostion because we are focused right in on this guys face.
