- on second thought - don't change the sky - I gave it a go and it didn't work - cheers!

I like the "frame within frame" composition - very urban - and I like the slight curve of the overpass against the severe straight lines of the buildings. I'd fiddle around with the gradient of the sky a little bit - make it end in darkness so that it'd balance off the dark lower portion of the frame - but that's just my opinion - good shot.
