this is a dwelling on the south side of the Columbia River that Divides the States of Washington and Oregon. It was a beautiful evening in September. There were sheep near the house in pasture.
Another good one, Alan. I wish that foliage at upper right had been connected visible to the tree on the left. I think you needed a very slightly wider-angle lens... Bur the clarity of the air, the peacefulness of the countryside, and the autumn colours make this a very attractive scene.
This is a gorgeous & peaceful scene but I find the portrait-style orientation a little distracting. In my opinion, the photo would be a whole lot better cropped closer to the house from the bottom, about to the bottom of the fence & leaving in a little of the grass for foreground.
