I'd never seen a closeup of a cotton bud (flower?) before. Your picture is beautiful. Does cotton have flowers? Is the cotton the seeds? I know next to nothing about cotton. But, I do know that I very much like the detail in this picture, especially the contrast between the soft white stuff and the hard shell. Take care,
