I think it's a very good composition. The only thing that I could suggest to make it better would be to crop out the excess space above the twin towers.

Decisive moment captured. I don't think the cropping to be nedded ( it's true it could make the image more eye pleasing but, on the other hand, it would loose the exact contest where it was taken)

La ragazza è così concentrata nella sua ricerca ....e ciò da l'esatta importanza del momento decisivo (cartier-bresson)
mi sono permesso (mio malgrado di darti un suggerimento senza che ciò alterasse minimamente la tua proposta fotografica anzi)

I like this mood. The young girl is so interested to search her book.. this give the exact importance of the decisive moment.
Unlukely the arm of the vendor break the atmosphere...could you try to crop it to improve the scene...imho...
Thank you Raffaele for your so clear comment . you right and I agree with you but I cannot change anything else because it is all part of the scene (however the white T-shirt is so close to the principal focus)...

A good candid street shot. I like the way the background is out of focus and almost burnt out by the harsh light, this make the girl stand out even more.
