Jay, is this the Mammoth Caves? I want to go there so badly....there's a lot of folklore and a whole genre of modern but rather obscure fiction that was born in those caves. Aside from all that, this is a wonderfully optimistic feeling image, this is a perfect autumn feeling....

A bit bright for my taste as well. Maybe if you took it from an angle that put more of the sun behind the trees it would help.

I like the whole composition except the lighting. I thought it was a bit too bright. I think the use of a neutral density filter would have helped a little. Thats just me though.

I don't know how you did it, but you managed to capture a nostalgic media-moment from my childhood. The soft focus, sunbeam-drenched composition and color remind me of 1970s television, of that Weeping Native American commercial. Powerful shot, Jay.
