Thanks for your comments guys - It is Blue Curacao in a cocktail of Tia Maria, Tequila and Cointreau and set on fire. Also the black granite tabletop not registering as black is because of the lighting. Tungsten lighting which reflected off the glossy surface.

Circles of glass, circles of light! A wonderful composition and use of lighting. Also, the amazing blue "mist" on the surface of the liquid... I don't know how you did it, but I love it! I think the only thing I could recommend to try - and I'm not sure it would be an improvement - is to see if you could get the table to register as closer to black. Best regard - SteveR
