Oh beautiful !! Really very very nice.
I'd like to see the version without the radial filter just for comparison. I would also suggest that the triangle of foreground paving and the little triangle of sky are the two areas which might usefully be removed in order to make the composition stronger. I can see that getting closer would give you trouble with the width of the terrace, but maybe standing on something to get up above the stream might have worked. Just a thought.
Overall these are minor technical points against a very beautiful photograph.

You get around quite a bit yourself Roger! The blown out sky would normally bother me, but here it gives the impression of the photo itself being irregular at the top left edge. A kind of pleasant effect.
